The July 2023 visa bulletin details the final action date for EB-5 investors from different countries.
For most countries, the final action date, which is the date that EB-5 investors are eligible to apply for Green Cards, is current, which indicates that there are no delays and means that EB-5 investors on a current final action date they can go ahead and apply for a green card.
All countries are in good standing with the exception of mainland China and India in the EB-5 categories without reservations. In July 2023, China’s final action date will remain on September 8, 2015, while India will remain on April 1, 2017.
The final action date, however, may not be so final. EB-5 investors from both countries could still apply for a green card.
