The North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency decided to transform NW 7th Avenue between NW 119th Street and NW 135th, into a pedestrian and aesthetically pleasing destination where China’s culture, arts and innovation will be celebrated. The plans include spending millions on infrastructure and building facades so that the visitor experience is authentic. North Miami is in a unique position to be the first Chinatown in the entire region.
Our new venture in the city of North Miami will be a shopping center which will be comprised of two levels of 28,000 ± square feet each. In total there will be 63,000 ± square feet of commercial space with a large, open-air corridor in the center. On the upper floors it will have 100,000 square feet of parking distributed in two floors which will allow for 206 spaces.
The front of this shopping center will be on the main avenue, NW 7th Ave, and its side on NW 121st Street, positioned in a privileged location in Chinatown.
