BAI Capital has been busy abroad promoting US-based real estate investments and investment for Green Card.
In November and December 2021, Iván Rodríguez, Business Development Manager and Senior Investment Advisor at BAI Capital, has been attending client meetings in Chile & Peru.
The goal was to facilitate the investment & immigration process for residents located in Chile, Peru, and other South American countries.
BAI Capital in Chile
From the 11th of November until the 11th of December, Ivan was based in Santiago de Chile, Chile, representing BAI Capital. Ivan set up office in the exclusive district of Las Condes: Nueva Apoquindo, Los Militares 4777, Las Condes.
During those days Ivan promoted BAI Capital within the Diario Financiero, the main financial subscription newspaper from the country.
Also, in-person meetings were held with 35 accredited investors, individuals interested both to emigrate to the USA through the EB-5 Program, and to invest in American real estate projects to obtain stable returns in USD.
Mr. Rodriguez presented to the Chilean Market the new mixed-use real estate development, Archer Place, in the university city of Gainesville, Florida.
As a result of these meetings, several Chilean accredited investors are now in the process to perform their investment in Archer Place.
